From single vineyard “Moganazzi,” north slope ~680m, vines from the 1920s–30s, Nerello Mascalese with Nerello Cappuccio and a little Alicante, on lava dry-stone terraces. Hand-harvested, native yeast, ~24 months in used tonneaux plus bottle age, no new oak.
Deeper ruby, ripe red fruit, spice and dried mountain herbs, silk over structure, long, with the classic bittersweet Etna grip.
