This Ruche (pronounced Roo-kay) is a unique varietal that you won’t find many other places. It has aromas of violet, spices and plums. The wine is aged shortly in oak giving it a bit more body and some tannin. The finish is very long, and it drinks like a Nebbiolo, making it an excellent wine with pasta!
